Cooking Disaster

Am in the mood for experiment again!

Dad went to NTUC to buy a box of Prima Deli's Mee Siam and another box of Mee Rebus.

Decided to try the Mee Siam independently w/o ma's help.

Soaked the bee hoon in hot water to soften it...

As I was trying to open the sambal chilli to fry with the bee hoon, i accidentially knocked the bowl of sambal chilli and the bowl dropped onto the floor, staining the whole kitchen (fridge, basin, wall, and even ceiling!) Disaster 1!

As a result of the drop, not enuff sambal chilli to fry with the bee hoon... So, my bee hoon looks "pale". Disaster 2!

I overestimated and added too much water into the gravy which makes it tasteless and watery. Disaster 3!

Now, there's a big pot of disaster out there to clear up! x_x
