Was on leave today... Feeling kinda bored, I went to try out a new hairstyle... Hairstylist initially juz cut short. I requested for slope behind. Then feeling insufficient, I requested for more slope. :p

Got an sms from Deed this morning that her shoes cldn't make it... Hope she managed to find a pair of nice n comfy shoes. And of coz a gd reason to shop during Great Singapore Sales! :p

Wonder what's wrong with some pple. Or is it MY problem?
Emailed and asked about a work related question. End up the reply goes to my boss directly instead of the person asking the question (aka me).
Went personally to ask the person-in-charge , she referred me to my boss, saying that she has already told my boss. What's this? Skipped level advice? Fine Fine Fine. I can & will tolerate that. Hierarchy conscious? Haiz...

Ladies Nite Out
Finally managed to hang on till Friday for our monthly Ladies Nite Out. :) And there was an early release at work coz of the "Eat With Your Family" campaign.
My Fault
Before packing for home, Deed called. Have a chat with her. Kena suan why never meet up with her. She said wld only tell me where to buy the cutie toy if I meet her. Wow! Backmail me using that... Win liao. :p
Haiz... Earlier known, shouldn't have call Deed back when I missed her call. Should have just pack up and go. Kena "caught" by my boss after putting down the phone then gotta stay behind. Damn sianz.
She said tomorrow's big meeting, the first item on the agenda got error. And that error is entered by... Yours Truly...(me). Told boss straight in the face to point the arrow towards me. (I should bear the responsibility for my own mistake.) Confess to everyone that it's entered by me la! And if still not happy, please fire me.
Think boss is not very pleased with my attitude. But I am really sick and tired. 1 person handling 1/2 the population of the company's nonsense. Wanna puke liao! Give me another 1 more of such nonsense, I'll make sure I throw the staple at you!
I need
1. A break (i think a whole carton of kit-kat wouldn't help but only add on to my pimples)
2. A saviour (who can buy me out from this place & sayang me) muhahaha... (wait long long oso dun have)
3. A miracle (may I strike this Thurs' $5.5mil ToTo - I not greedy la. $1mil enuff) :p

BBQ session
Come to think of it, I almost couldn't remember my last BBQ session. Interesting to watch the guys set up the fire - strategizing where to put the fire starters and charcoals.
Once the fire was start up, the sky threatened to rain. Lots of lightning flashes. Thinking that it would rain, we hurried to cook all the food before the downpour comes...
The night was great. We were almost packed and ready to run at any point in time becoz we felt tiny raindrops. But luckily, no downpour all the way. We have quite a gd time chatting and stoning away for the whole nite. hahaha...
Finally, we adjorned to a nearby Burgerking for some drinks before calling it a day.

Thanks to the organiser for the Hazzle-free BBQ as everything was ordred from this EZB Pte Ltd, which provided all food right down to utensils.
Thanks to ML too for providing her power speakers for entertainment and doubling up as the camera girl. Also been a long time since our gang get together for a photo-taking session.
To all of you for making it an enjoyable evening. 3-Cheers to our close-to-10-years relationship. :)
Lessons learnt today...
1. You reap what you sow
Meaning:
What you do to people, you'll get it back on yourself eventually (if not at face value, would be doubly hard)
Example:
Black face to people, people will black face and scold u back.
Lesson to learn:
Control your temper
2. Your buddies indirectly determine the next path you'll take
Meaning:
Whether you take the "right" path depends very much on who are your buddies and what they advise you.
Example:
When the same thing happen, you'll get different advices from different pple. Some can say left, some will say right. So it's up to you to determine which is the "right" path and who are your true buddies.
Lesson to learn:
I am still learning. Antenna not fixed yet.
Matchmaking Session
One of my sales colleagues asked if I am attached. I gave him a blank look.
The next thing I know... He brought along his friend to introduce to me. How concern of him.
After introducing, the sales colleague asked if i wanna join them for tea. As I was quite tied up with work, din't join them.
Sales colleague followup with sms
"First impression how?"
"Like normal fren lor. How you want me to feel? How's his impression then?"
"Not bad. How you find him?"
"Abit mature looking. hahaha..."
"Don't like dat. Muz give ppl chance... blah blah blah... Both of us find you joyful and adorable"
"Me? joyful and adorable? haha... No la! My acting skill good. Red Star Award one okie?"
"Then you shld change job to join mediacorp."
Mini Volcano eruption
Was down with a stomach flu yesterday. Doc gave 1 day mc to rest at home. Missed out on the following highlight for the day:
1. Carrying 12 document files to Blk 3 before a meeting at 9am
2. Giving a welcome briefing to 7 new hires at 9am
3. Joining my boss & other head of departments for a meeting at 9am
Today, back to work. Lots of sh*t to clear... Never ending calls requesting for all sorts of nonsense. People coming and passing me all sorts of rubbish... Boss was at my desk discussing about other staffs' future.
Finally, the active volcano erupted... I dunno what come into me. Out of frustration, I just snapped at my boss "Why don't you just fire me!" Felt like crying after that. So much work and there is only 1 me. :_(
Going to sleep. I hope someone can save me out from this situation. Saviour! Where are you! :(

Happy Mother's Day
Women sure love flowers... :p
Brother had made an online flower delivery for ma yesterday. The delivery man came early this morning. I acted blur and asked ma to answer the door. She was shocked & happy. Really happy. :)
She said "Nothing is like a surprise delivery from her own son. She is very happy when she received the flowers."
